Tough but overall fun unit.
I found the unit to be very useful for rebuilding my foundational chemistry knowledge from high school chemistry whilst also learning new concepts.

Easy but a lot of labs
This was a very similar level to highschool chemistry, the main thing that got a lot of people was the lab attendance, so just keep up with that. Three lectures a week was also very easy to fall behind on so keep up with them from early on!

Conceptually challenging
I found it important to keep up with the lecture content in this class, as there aren't many tests throughout the semester, it is easy to fall behind on lectures, and by the final exam you will need to be familiar with all the lecture content, some of which is hard to understand.
