Thiis course was very similar to other introductory politics/IR courses, so it is not hard to make your way through the readings and material. The lecturer was great, insightful and his delivery definitely encouraged me to attend more lectures. The assessments were very on par with other GOVT1000 courses and were very manageable - the final too as closer to the date, tutors/lecturer give you pointers towards what materials to prepare on. In the 2025 session, we were encouraged to prepare 2-3 topics from the sem and then had to pick 2 essay questions to answer to, which was very doable compared to some other finals
